Dunkin' Donuts...what does the name imply? Donuts, right? I happened to be making a trip to Ogden on a Saturday around 3:00. I thought I'd pick up some donuts for my family and a few for myself. When I went inside the store I saw 2 powdered sugar covered jelly filled donuts and a handful of chocolate Munchkins. Thinking that they had the rest of the donuts in the back I asked for 6 glazed donuts. I was told that they all the donuts they had were what was on display. I asked how long before they had more donuts coming out. I was told that they didn't make their donuts onsite, they were sent up from the 4th S store in SLC. I left and will never return to this store. I can't believe they don't bake and fry their own donuts in store. Getting their donuts shipped in isn't any different than buying them at the grocery store. Totally disappointed

I am writing this review from the dining area. Service today was very lacking. The employee that rang us up looks dirty and her shirt is hanging open under her apron leaving just enough trashiness to the imagination. Between us all we ordered a vanilla bean frappe, a dozen donuts, a chicken croissant sandwich and a latte. I threw my frappe in the trash. It was gross and tasted like it was more sugar than anything else. We also threw away half the apple fritter as it tasted old, greasy and over fried. The latte was actually drinkable. Not the best but drinkable.

Not very impressed . The coffees I have tried are gross and their doughnuts are equally as gross. I really don't see what all the fuss is about.

Odd man out here. I don't get butterflies when I visit Dunkin' and find their wares were less appetizing to me than the grocery store in the same parking lot. The donut selection was not great and get a solid "meh" for taste. I do give them extra credit for having Crullers, even if it was a bit greasy. Not that donuts are really expensive, but the extra 50 yards to the grocery store is a cheaper option.

I didn't even attempt to go into this place the opening week. Every time I drove by it was completely packed. So, the second week comes, and I've been thinking about their donuts and craving one and I finally decide to stop in (especially since they have a sign out front saying "FREE COFFEE") even though it was packed. The wait for coffee and donuts was pretty long, but hey... I got free coffee and some pretty decent donuts. I even tried their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and it was surprisingly tasty. With everything said and done, this has to be one of my favorite breakfast places. Coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and donuts (can you really go wrong with donuts and coffee?)

They were awesome when they opened but now they have gone way down hill... They messed up out breakfast sandwiches numerous times and they coffee is terrible now.. We will not be going back...

I grew up with Dunkin and was exceptionally excited to see them come so close to home. They have exceptional coffee, good food choices and of course, wonderful donuts. Now, before you read this review, please be aware that Dunkin does not make a Utah donut (for me, that is a good thing). People used to Krispy Kreme, Beyond Glaze, Banbury Cross or other shops are going to be surprised, if not disappointed, by the Dunkin experience. Utah donuts are bathed in sugar. Frosted donuts seem to need an inch of glaze underneath. I personally dislike the severely sugary donuts in Utah. They give me a headache and make my pancreas cry. Dunkin is the opposite. They see no need to bury the donut in sugar and as such, some find them bland. I like the subtle yet delicious nature of their donuts and find them to be a perfect match to a cup of coffee. In all, this new location is great. The people are nice. The service has been fast and I really love the design. Best of all, we now have a donut shop in town not focused on giving us diabetes. Welcome to South Ogden Dunkin Donuts!

Love the coffee, but their customer service , well...it is almost non-existent. I have gone in numerous times for coffee and when I place the order, they tell me they have to brew a new pot. Doesn't anyone ever check to see if they are getting low and put a new pot on BEFORE they run out? Today was the final straw. I walked in and was the sole customer in the ordering line. There was another person waiting and I asked her if she was waiting and she told me she was "waiting for her shift to begin." Obviously a new hire and she is waiting in front of the ordering counter---go figure. So I ordered my large coffee, after the two persons working the back took care of the drive-thru line. Not a big deal. After I paid, the lady said, "...it will be right up" and took off to the backroom. I sat there a good five minutes with nothing happening, other than the people behind the counter trying to figure out who the new hire was and what to do with her. I asked one of the people behind the counter where my coffee was and she said "...I did not wait on you" and took off to do something else. Part of "doing something else" consisted of sneezing on the coffee pots and coughing up mucous into her bare hand. I kid you not! Then a well=dressed professional lady came in the store. She was obviously a daily customer. The person working the drive thru ran over to her and handed her an extra large coffee, which she indicated was "the regular". When complained how I had been waiting for over five minutes for my coffee and she walked in and was immediately given her "regular", I was basically ignored while the employees had a little conference to figure out who had taken the order and if it had been filled. Eventually I got my coffee, no apology for the wait, but that was enough. Why should I keep paying twice as much for the Dunkin coffee when I can walk across the street and get coffee at McDonald's cheaper and without the incompetence? I am a McDonald's or maybe even a Starbucks 'coffee drinker until this Dunkin Donuts hires and trains people who understand and care that customer service is just as important---and maybe more important---than the product!

We come here occasionally to grab a couple donuts and some coffee. Dunkin Donuts coffee is a winner as are the donut holes and Bavarian Cream filled donuts. The atmosphere is nice also with comfortable seating, a patio, and free fast wifi.

Still mediocre. Their customer service is just okay and it seems to be because of poor management.

Excellent selection of donuts and coffees, great prices on coffee grounds and Keurig K Cups.... Free wifi if you decide to hang out and study/relax/ work.

I found it a bit annoying when I asked for a half dozen and requested 2apple fritters. You can't do that, the clerk said. My reply was I can if I pay the difference. Still wanting to argue she proceeded to put the fritters in a separate bag. Then put my next 4 In a box. Huh? To finish it off, they were' nt traditional apple fritters. Fritters should have the apples cooked into the dough they merely put apple filling in the center of a round donut and called it a fritter and charged more for it. What a joke.
